1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

By purchasing a ticket for any of our online training courses, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All ticket sales are processed securely, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase containing your access instructions.

2. Course Access

2.1 One Person Per Ticket

Each ticket grants access to one individual person only. Tickets are non-transferable between individuals and may not be shared, copied, or distributed. You may not allow others to use your login credentials or access the course on your behalf.

2.2 One-Time Access

Access to the online course is provided on a one-time basis. Once you have accessed and attended the course, you will not be entitled to:

  • Re-access the course materials

  • Attend future sessions of the same course

  • View recordings or replays (unless specifically stated otherwise)

Please ensure you are able to attend at the scheduled time before purchasing your ticket.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once you have completed your purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Inability to attend the course

  • Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, computer problems, etc.)

  • Failure to access the course due to incorrect login details

  • Personal circumstances or schedule conflicts

We encourage you to carefully review the course details, dates, times, and technical requirements before completing your purchase.

4. Technical Requirements

4.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • A reliable internet connection

  • Compatible device and browser

  • Any required software or applications

  • A suitable environment for participating in the online course

4.2 Technical Issues

We will not provide refunds for technical issues on your end. If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course due to problems on our platform, please contact us immediately during the scheduled course time so we can assist you.

5. Course Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any training course at our discretion. Courses may be cancelled for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient number of registered attendees

  • Instructor unavailability

  • Technical failures on our end

  • Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies

5.1 Refunds Due to Our Cancellation

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation notification.

5.2 Notification of Cancellation

We will make every effort to notify you of any course cancellation as soon as possible. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

6. Course Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to course content, instructors, platform, or schedule. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes, such modifications do not entitle you to a refund.

7. Recording and Intellectual Property

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Record, screenshot, or capture any portion of the online course

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute course materials

  • Use course content for commercial purposes

All course materials and content remain our intellectual property.

7.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and potential legal action.

8. Attendee Conduct

You are responsible for:

  • Logging in on time for the scheduled course

  • Participating professionally and respectfully

  • Maintaining confidentiality if other attendees' information is shared

  • Not disrupting the course or other participants

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your attendance or inability to attend an online training course. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.

10. Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will use your details solely for the purpose of administering your course registration and communicating important course-related information.
